priority scoring services intended to inform content planning. These services are
advisory and organizational in nature and do not include content writing or publishing
unless separately agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities
Obligations
Clients are expected to provide accurate information about their site, business goals,
and existing content so that research and clustering work reflects real context. Delays
or inaccuracies in provided information may affect the quality or timeline of
deliverables.

Payment And Project Scope
Fees
Project fees, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Additional work outside an agreed scope, such as extra clusters or revised priority
maps, may involve additional fees discussed and approved beforehand.

No Guaranteed Outcomes
Results
Search rankings, traffic levels, and visibility depend on factors outside our control,
including search engine algorithm changes and competitive activity. We do not promise
specific ranking positions or traffic figures, and past performance on other projects
does not guarantee similar outcomes for a new engagement.

Intellectual Property
Ownership
Reports, cluster maps, and briefs prepared for a client become that client's
property once full payment is received. Our internal methods, templates, and
documentation formats remain our own property and may be reused across other client
projects.

Limitation Of Liability
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inoravextel is not liable for indirect or consequential
losses arising from the use of our research, recommendations, or reports. Our total
liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in
question.

Termination Of Services
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with reasonable written notice. Work
completed up to the termination date remains payable, and any deliverables finished
before that point will be provided to the client.

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes arising from this
agreement will be handled within that jurisdiction, without regard to conflicting legal
principles elsewhere.
